Summary
This study looks at whether custom exercises that combine thinking tasks (like counting) with movement (like walking) can improve balance and mobility in healthy adults aged 65 and older. 48 participants will do supervised exercises 3 days a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to prevent falls and keep older adults moving safely.
