Summary
This study tests whether personalized training that combines physical and mental tasks can improve balance and walking in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Participants will do exercises like walking while counting backwards, with difficulty adjusted weekly for some. The goal is to reduce fall risk and make everyday multitasking easier.
