First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at how healthy athletes perform when they have to do a thinking task and a physical task at the same time (dual-tasking) while playing active video games (exergaming). Researchers will test 60 athletes aged 18-34 to see how their performance on these tasks relates to their athletic skills and movement patterns. The goal is to better understand how the brain and body work together during complex activities.
