First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding thinking tasks (like memory games) to standard strength and balance exercises helps older adults in nursing homes feel less afraid of falling and actually lowers their fall risk. About 54 people aged 65+ will take part in a 12-week program. The goal is to see if this combined approach works better than exercise alone.
