Summary
This study is testing a new, two-part version of CAR-T cell therapy for children and young adults whose B-cell leukemia has come back or not responded to other treatments. It combines two specially engineered immune cell therapies to try to prevent the cancer from returning. The main goals are to see if this combined treatment is safe and if it can effectively fight the leukemia.
