First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental eye drop called DT-168 in people with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy who are already scheduled for a corneal transplant. The goal is to see how the drops affect disease markers and whether they are safe. About 28 adults aged 30 and older will participate. The treatment is not a cure, but may help control the disease before surgery.
