Laser zaps eye drops: new study aims to cut glaucoma medication burden

Summary
This study tests a laser treatment called DSLT in 60 adults with glaucoma or high eye pressure who currently use 1-3 eye drops to keep their eye pressure under control. The goal is to see if the laser can reduce or eliminate the need for daily eye drops while still keeping eye pressure at a safe level. Participants receive a single laser session and are followed for 6 months.
