New laser hope for glaucoma patients?

Summary

This study tests a laser treatment called DSLT for people with pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, a condition that raises eye pressure. About 40 adults will get the laser in one or both eyes. The goal is to see if it safely lowers eye pressure by at least 20% after 6 months.
