First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study followed 340 lung transplant patients who had donor-specific antibodies. Researchers gave them a combination of treatments including immunoglobulins, plasmapheresis, and rituximab, then checked every 6 months to see if the antibodies disappeared. The goal was to understand how well the treatment clears antibodies and how it affects graft survival and rejection rates.
