Summary
This study tested a dietary supplement containing a full range of hyaluronic acids in 130 healthy women aged 40 to 70 with dry facial skin and lips. Participants took either the supplement or a placebo daily for 3 months. Researchers measured skin and lip hydration, skin quality, lip volume, and color to see if the supplement improved dryness and appearance.
