NCT ID NCT07456735
Summary
This study aims to find the most effective treatment for chronic pain in the upper shoulder muscle (myofascial pain). Researchers will compare three different approaches in 90 adults: dry needling with stretching, dry needling after a numbing injection, and a fake (sham) needle treatment. The goal is to see which combination best reduces pain and improves function over several months.
