First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested three needle-based therapies—dry needling, nerve stimulation, and electrolysis—on 60 adults, first on healthy volunteers and then on people with chronic neck pain. Researchers measured pain and muscle stiffness right after treatment and 24 hours later. The goal was to see which technique works best for short-term pain relief and muscle relaxation.
