New study tests best way to soothe neck muscle pain

Summary
This study compares three treatments for neck muscle pain in 90 adults aged 18-65. One group gets dry needling plus stretching, another gets a numbing injection before needling plus stretching, and a third gets a fake needling plus stretching. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and improves function best over three months.
