New study tests needle therapy for stubborn neck pain

Summary
This study compares two treatments for long-term neck pain: dry needling with mild electrical stimulation plus exercises versus exercises alone. About 100 adults aged 30 to 65 with non-specific chronic neck pain will participate. The goal is to see which approach better reduces disability and pain.
