Summary
This study looks at whether dry needling at the C5-C6 spinal area can help people with neck and shoulder pain. Researchers will measure changes in shoulder motion, strength, tender spots, and blood flow in 30 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to understand how dry needling affects muscle function and circulation.
