Needles vs. machines: which eases neck pain better?
NCT ID NCT07368517
Summary
This study tested if dry needling, where thin needles are inserted into tight muscles, works better than standard electrical and ultrasound therapy for easing chronic neck pain. Forty adults with neck pain lasting over three months were split into two groups. One group received dry needling plus exercises, while the other got standard therapy plus the same exercises, three times a week for a month.
