Summary

This study aims to see if adding a special electrical needle therapy to standard physical therapy works better for reducing knee osteoarthritis pain and improving movement than physical therapy alone. It will involve 44 adults with moderate knee arthritis. Researchers will measure changes in pain, knee flexibility, daily function, and quality of life over six weeks.
