First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether dry needling accurately targets the right forearm muscles in people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers will use ultrasound to check where the needle goes. About 40 adults with elbow pain for at least 6 weeks and active trigger points will take part. The goal is to see how often blind needling hits the intended muscle.
