Ultrasound reveals if back pain needles hit their mark

NCT ID NCT07074249

Summary

This study aims to see how accurately a common back pain treatment called dry needling reaches its intended deep muscle targets. Researchers will use ultrasound imaging to check needle placement in 20 adults with low back pain after their treatment. The goal is to gather information to potentially improve the technique's precision, not to test a new treatment.
