First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a 10-week strength and conditioning program in the gym can improve how fast young competitive swimmers start and turn in the pool. About 38 swimmers aged 12 to 21 from a local club will take part. Researchers will measure swim times, jump height, and strength before, during, and after the program.
