Summary

This study tested a new eye drop, HUC3-053, against a standard one (Hyalein) in 297 adults with dry eye syndrome. Participants used the drops 5-6 times daily for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the new drop works as well at reducing eye surface damage and improving symptoms.
