Summary
This study tests a new eye drop called DFL24498 in about 417 adults with dry eye disease. The drops are meant to reduce eye dryness and damage to the eye's surface. Participants will use the drops twice a day for 12 weeks, and doctors will check if their symptoms and eye health improve compared to a placebo drop.
