Summary

This study compared a new eye drop called T2769 to an existing treatment (Vismed Multi) for people with moderate to severe dry eye. It involved 251 adults who needed artificial tears for at least three months. The main goal was to see if T2769 was at least as good as the existing treatment at reducing damage to the eye's surface after 35 days of use.
