Summary
This study tested whether BRM421 eye drops are safe and effective for treating dry eye. 157 adults with dry eye for at least 6 months received either the drug or a placebo. Researchers measured changes in eye surface staining and discomfort scores to see if the drops improve signs and symptoms.
