New eye drop could soothe dry eyes without preservatives

Summary
This study tests a new preservative-free eye drop for people with dry eye disease. The goal is to see if it improves eye comfort and quality of life over 6 months. About 30 adults who have had dry eyes for at least 3 months will use the drops daily and report their symptoms.
