This study is testing whether Acoltremon 0.003% eye drops can provide rapid relief from dry eye symptoms like irritation, burning, and grittiness. Researchers will track symptom changes over 28 days in 50 adults with moderate-to-severe dry eye disease. The goal is to understand how quickly this treatment can improve daily comfort for people struggling with persistent dry eye.
