Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and comfort of a new eye gel called PRO-165 compared to an existing product, Artelac Nightime Gel. The trial involved 32 healthy volunteers to see if the new gel caused similar or fewer side effects. Researchers measured eye comfort, vision, and other factors to determine if PRO-165 is safe enough for further testing as a lubricant for dry eyes.
