Summary
This study tested a new type of preservative-free eye drops in 30 adults with long-term, moderate-to-severe dry eye disease. The goal was to see if the drops could reduce eye redness and improve patients' feelings of comfort and relief over 12 weeks of daily use. It focused on measuring patient satisfaction and changes in visible inflammation.
