Cupping vs. scraping: which eases desk job aches better?
NCT ID NCT07102355
Summary
This study tested two different hands-on therapy techniques to see which works better for relieving chronic neck and shoulder pain in office workers. Forty-six participants with long-term discomfort received either dry cupping therapy or Graston instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, along with standard care, for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, neck movement, and daily function to determine which approach provided more relief.
