Race to stop dangerous bleeding in High-Risk births

Summary

This study aims to find the better drug for controlling dangerous bleeding during cesarean sections for a condition called placenta previa. It will compare two existing medications, tranexamic acid and vasopressin, in 58 women undergoing planned C-sections. The main goal is to see which drug more effectively reduces the amount of blood lost during the surgery.
