First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at how a new cancer drug, MK-1084, changes the way two other medicines (midazolam and digoxin) are processed in the body. Twenty-eight healthy adults took part to help researchers understand if MK-1084 affects drug levels. The results will guide safe dosing when MK-1084 is used with other medications.
