Summary

This study looked at how the antifungal drug itraconazole changes the way the body processes the cancer drug lurbinectedin. Fourteen adults with advanced solid tumors that had no standard treatment took part. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to understand the interaction, not to treat the cancer.
