First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This completed Phase 1 trial enrolled 24 healthy adults to see if taking deupirfenidone and nintedanib together causes any drug interactions. Participants received the drugs alone and in combination over up to 60 days. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood and tracked any side effects. The goal was to gather safety and dosing information, not to treat any disease.
