Scientists test safety of drug combo in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT06717100
Summary
This study tested whether two drugs, deupirfenidone (LYT-100) and nintedanib, are safe to take together and how they might affect each other in the body. It involved 24 healthy volunteers who stayed in a research clinic for about a month while taking the drugs. The main goal was to check for side effects and measure how the drugs moved through the participants' bodies when taken alone and in combination.
