Healthy volunteers needed to uncover genetic drug interactions

Summary
This study looks at how a person's genes and the HIV drug efavirenz change the way the body processes methadone and tizanidine. Sixty healthy volunteers, grouped by their CYP2B6 gene type, will take these drugs with and without efavirenz. The goal is to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
