NCT ID NCT02592317

Summary

This study aims to understand how a prostate cancer drug called JNJ-56021927 affects the way the body processes other common medications. It involves 23 men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. Researchers are measuring drug levels in the blood to see if the cancer drug changes how other drugs work, which is important for future safe prescribing.
