Cancer drug safety test: will it mix with your meds?

NCT ID NCT07340190

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a new cancer drug called pelabresib interacts with three common medications: a diabetes drug, a sedative, and a birth control pill. Researchers will enroll 24 adults with advanced cancers who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goal is to measure how pelabresib changes the levels of these other drugs in the blood to ensure future patients can take them safely together.
