Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) affects the way the body processes a new experimental cancer drug (HS-20093). It involves 18 adults with advanced solid tumors who have no other standard treatment options. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the blood to ensure future patients receive safe and effective doses.
