Summary
This early-stage study aimed to find safe doses and combinations of drugs for adults with advanced or spreading colorectal cancer that has a specific BRAF V600 genetic change. The trial tested several different drug pairings to see how well patients tolerated them and to gather early signs of whether the treatments might help control the cancer. The study was designed to adapt, allowing researchers to stop testing combinations that weren't working well and potentially add new ones.
