Summary
This study aimed to find out if catching a real drone or a virtual one in a headset is better for improving coordination and thinking skills in healthy older adults. Researchers compared the two methods in 38 participants to see which led to better performance on tasks and balance. The goal was to help design better activities to support healthy aging and potentially slow cognitive decline.
