Summary
This study tests a new approach to help older adults with chronic insomnia sleep better. It combines artificial intelligence with a two-part exercise program: high-intensity interval training during the day to build sleep drive, and relaxation exercises at night to reduce hyperarousal. The goal is to improve sleep quality, physical fitness, and independence in 60 adults aged 60 and older.
