Can a special remote help kids change their bad dreams?

NCT ID NCT06410118

Summary

This study is testing a new approach to help children with frequent, distressing nightmares. It combines a proven talk therapy with a novel device called the DreamChanger, which is a remote that lets kids feel in control of their dreams. Researchers will compare this combined therapy to a waitlist group to see if it reduces nightmare frequency and severity in children aged 3 to 10.
