Summary

This study looks at whether a drawing-based program can improve thinking skills and well-being in older adults who are at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will compare two different art programs in 50 adults aged 55-85. The goal is to see if the program is easy to follow and enjoyable, and if it has any early benefits for brain health.
