Storybook adventure calms young surgery patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a special coloring storybook, called "Alican's Brave Journey," can help children aged 6 to 9 feel less fear, anxiety, and pain before and after surgery. About 72 children having circumcision will be randomly split into two groups: one gets the storybook, the other gets usual care. Researchers will measure their fear, anxiety, and pain at different times to see if the storybook makes a difference.
