Acting out stress: can drama classes calm future nurses?
NCT ID NCT07202182
Summary
This study is testing whether a creative drama-based program can help nursing students reduce their stress, improve how they cope, and boost their emotional intelligence. 52 nursing students who report high stress will be randomly assigned to either try the six-session drama program or receive standard educational training. Researchers will measure stress, coping skills, and emotional intelligence right after the program and again one and three months later to see if the drama approach has lasting benefits.
