Summary
This early-stage trial tests a drug called DR-18 in 20 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) has come back or persists after a stem cell transplant. DR-18 is a modified immune protein designed to boost the body's natural defenses against cancer cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if it can help control the disease.
