Summary
This is the first study testing the experimental drug DPTX3186 in people with advanced solid tumors that have no other treatment options. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it in about 40 participants. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control these difficult-to-treat cancers.
