Double immune attack: new combo therapy targets tough lymphoma

NCT ID NCT07542678

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a new treatment strategy for people with a fast-growing blood cancer (large B-cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The approach uses two immune-based treatments: a drug called glofitamab given before and after standard CAR-T cell therapy. The goal is to see if this combination improves the chance of complete remission in 20 high-risk patients.
