Summary

This study tests a new surgical technique for men with severe, long urethral strictures (narrowing of the urine tube). The surgery uses a piece of tissue from the inside of the cheek to widen the narrowed area from both sides. The goal is to restore normal urine flow. The study includes 30 men with strictures longer than 2 cm and a very narrow urethra.
