Summary
This study compares two existing drugs, dotinurad and febuxostat, to see which one better improves artery stiffness in people who have both high uric acid levels and high blood pressure. It will involve 360 adults who meet specific health criteria. Researchers will measure changes in artery health over 24 weeks to determine if one medication offers a clearer advantage for long-term heart and blood vessel protection.
