New ultrasound technique targets the source of crippling period pain

Summary

This study is testing whether a procedure called angiopuncture, guided by Doppler ultrasound, can safely reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Researchers will recruit 30 women with a history of primary menstrual pain to receive the treatment. They will measure pain levels before and after the procedure to see if it provides relief.
